Our Social Services Staff offer many services to patients at most of Franklin’s health centers. They work closely with the Center’s primary care physicians and nurses to determine the best ways to help our patients.
At Franklin, we not only care for our patient medical needs, but also our patient social needs.
Trained Social Workers, Counselors, and Therapists are a part of Franklin’s Social Services Department. Franklin patients are eligible to receive counseling services for many concerns including mental health, substance abuse, stress management, crisis intervention and referral services.
Through our Social Services staff, many doors are opened to patients in need from prescription assistance programs to information and access to other social service agencies and programs in our area.
