Position Summary

Franklin Primary Health Center is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Marketing to lead the organization’s marketing, branding, and community engagement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational goals and patient growth.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online engagement.
  • Maintain Franklin’s brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.
  • Oversee public relations, media communications, newsletters, and organizational publications.
  • Develop patient acquisition campaigns and marketing strategies for new providers, clinics, and specialty services.
  • Manage Franklin’s online reputation, including provider profiles, business listings, and online reviews.
  • Collaborate with physicians, department directors, and leadership to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Support community outreach programs, educational events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise marketing staff and coordinate the work of outside vendors, agencies, and consultants.
  • Develop and manage the department budget while monitoring return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance using data, KPIs, and analytics to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; Business, Communications, or a related field accepted.
  • Master’s degree or advanced marketing certification preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, branding, content creation, analytics, and project management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, SEO/SEM, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
